Most anticipated releases 2017

Considering how much of a bookworm/bookaholic I am, it's no surprise that I have a long list of unpublished books I NEED desperatly.  Like, my life depends on getting them the day they come out. So I have put them all together for you guys. You have LOADS of choice, don't worry. The only thing is that my release dates might be wrong. See, before I buy a book I read a free sample on Google Play Books to make sure I like them and their dates might not be the same as the real ones. So don't quote me on them. Right, let's get going!!!!!

JAZZY JESSIE BY EMMA MOSS: 10th of August (yes, tomorrow!!!)

Jessie's got a lot going on...As well as having to give up her bedroom to the new lodger, she's busy filming her popular pranking videos for Girls Can Vlog channel, there's an important gymnastics competition to prepare for, and the SummerTube convention is just around the corner. But there are only so many hours in a day, and the girls are getting fed up with Jessie constantly running late. When a huge row breaks out she is faced with an impossible choice.

This is the fourth book in the Girls Can Vlog series, I've only actually read the first two but I am soooo excited about this one!!!! These books are great, you get into the story quite quickly and feel all the things the characters feel. It's all about vlogging and loads of different themes. For a more book related one there's the third book, Hashtag Hermione.

THE COLOR PROJECT BY SIERRA ABRAMS: 17th of August

Bernice Aurora Wescott has one thing she doesn't want anyone to know: her name. That is, until Bee meets Levi, the local golden boy who runs a charity organization called the Color Project. Levi is not at all shy about attempting to guess Bee's real name; his persistence is one of the many reasons why Bee falls for him. But while Levi is everything she never knew she needed, giving up her name would feel like a stamp on forever. And that terrifies. When unexpected news of an illness in the family drains Bee's summer of everything bright, she is pushed to the breaking point. Losing herself in The Color Project-a world of weddings, cancer patients and hopeful families that charity funds-is no longer enough. Bee must hold up the weight of her family, but to do that, she needs Levi. She'll have to give up her name and let him in forever or lose the best thing that's ever happened to her.

WOOHOO look at that COVER!!!!! I am in love!!!!!!!!!! And those names are so cool, and it's a sort of Rumplestilksin retelling and I LOVE retellings...and...and....and....oh my god I'm so shocked and amazed and I CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY HANDS ON THIS BEAUTY.

GIRLS MADE OF SNOW AND GLASS BY MELISSA BASHARDOUST: 5/09

At sixteen, Mina's mother is dead, her magician father is vicious, and her silent heart has never beat with love for anyone-has never beat at all, but she'd always thought that fact normal. She never guessed that her father cut out her heart and replaced it with one of glass. When she moves to Whitespring Castle and sees the king for the first time, Mina forms a plan: win the kings heart with her beauty, become queen and finally know love. The only catch is she'll have to become a stepmother. Fifteen-year-old Lynet looks just like her late mother, and one day she discovers why: a magician created her out of snow in the dead queen's image, at her father's order. But despite being the dead queen made flesh, Lynet would rather be like her fierce and regal stepmother, Mina. She gets her wish when her father makes Lynet queen of the southern territories, displacing Mina. Now Mina is starting to look at Lynet with something like hatred, and she must decide what to do-and who to be-to win back the only mother she's ever known or else defeat her once and for all.

Um, a feminist retelling? YES PLEASE!!!!! I mean come on. this is pure genius.

WARCROSS BY MARIE LU: 12th of September

For the millions who log in every day, Warcross isn't just a game-it's a way of life. The obsession started ten years ago and its fan base now spans the globe, some eager to escape from reality and others to make a profit. Struggling to make the ends meet, teenage hacker Emika Chen works as a bounty hunter, tracking down Warcross players who bet on the game illegally. But the bounty-hunting world is a competitive one, and survival has not been easy. To make some quick cash, Emika takes a risk and hacks into the opening game of the international Warcross Championships-only to accidently glitch herself into the action and become an overnight sensation. Convinced she's going to be arrested, Emika is shocked when she gets a call from the game's creator and elusive young millionaire Hideo Tanaka, with an irresistible offer. He needs a spy on the inside of this year's tournament in order to uncover a security...and he wants Emika for the job. With no time to lose she is whisked off to Tokyo and a world of fame and fortune. But soon her investigation uncovers a sinister plot, with major consequences...

OMG!!!! I own all of Marie Lu's books and considering how amazing and surprising they are...Warcross won't disapoint!!

LOCKWOOD&CO 5 BY JOHNATHON STROUD: 21st of September

After their recent adventures, the Lockwood&co team deserve a well-earned break...so naturally they decide to risk their lives breaking into a heavily-guarded crypt. A building full of unsettled souls, it's also the final resting place of Marissa Fittes, the legendary and (supposedly) dead ghost hunter-though the team have their suspicions about just how dead she may be. What they discover changes everything. Pitched into a desperate race to get to the truth behind the country's ghost epidemic, the team ignite a final epic battle against the Fittes agency. A battle that will force them to journey to the other side and face the terrifying enemy they will ever known.

This is the only picture I could get, sorry. And, oh my God, I've only just seen the front cover, it is so great!!!! We finally get to see what George looks like in the author's mind. After that GIANT AND TOTALLY UNFAIR cliffanger at the end of the last book I don't know how I'll last until September.

THE LANGUAGE OF THORNS BY LEIGH BARDUGO: 26th of September

Enter the Grishaverse. Travel to a world of dark bargains struck by moonlight, of haunted towns and hungry woods, of talking beasts and gingerbread golems, where a young mermaid's voice can summon deadly storms and where a river might do a lovestruck boy's bidding but only for a terrible price.

So I guess this maybe some dark short fairytails? I don't know. This would be my first Leigh Bardugo book, is she a good author? Anyway, it seems pretty cool.

STARFISH BY AKEMI DAWN BOWMAN: also the 26th of September

Kiko Himura has always had a hard time saying exactly what she's thinking. With a mother who makes her feel unremarkable and a half Japanese heritage she doesn't quite understand, Kiko is certain that once she makes it into her dream art school Prism her real life will begin. But then Kiko doesn't gt into Prism and at the same time her abusive uncle moves back in with her family. So when she gets an invitation from her friend to tour art schools she jumps at the oppurtunity. And now that she's finally free to be her own person, Kiko learns life changing truths about herself, her past and how to be brave.

...Well, I have gone all out Japanese today!!! I think I'll have to wait to read this book and then I'll find out what I think. It seems a bit wierd, quirky, interesting... Nice!!

WILD BEAUTY BY ANNA MARIE MCLEMORE: 3rd of October

For nearly a century the Nomeolvides women have tended to the grounds of La Pradera, the lush estate gardens that enchant guests from around the world. They've also hidden a tragic legacy: if they fall in love too deeply, their lovers vanish. But then a strange boy appears in the gardens. The boy is a mystery to Estrella, the one who found him, and to her family but he's even more of a mystery to himself and can remember nothing. As Estrella tries to help Fel piece together his unknown past, La Pradera leads them to secrets as dangerous as they are magical.

I completely forgot about this book and only just saw it on my list of releases. Now I am so obsessed with this super unique idea!!!

Andddd that was all of the books!!! I'm sure they'll be more so I'll keep you updated. Do you want to read any of these books? Are any of them actually already out and I haven't realised? (shock horror) What books are you hoping to read? Do you have any book recommendations that have been published, I'm sort of in a reading slump right now? Thank you so much for reading.
